I've had this phone for several months now and I'm still very satisfied. This phone is very reliable, quick and I'm still discovering new things about it everyday. I'm just going to keep this simple by saying this is a wonderful device and a good buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this phone for quite awhile now it has proven to be well worth the money I spent on it. In the last month alone my 2 year old nephew has sprayed it well with febreeze on 3 separate occasions and it still functions very well the screen has a few shaded places but it still works very well. I could not be more pleased

I had this phone since it first came out ..I love this phone..
Virgin Mobile did the right thing with this phone ..I have no problems with it. well I the calls are loud and clear ..Pictures are great .. and have a few in 3d ..clock wiget are cool .I also use it like a Ipod have all my music and
I play alot of word games ..on 4g is available in some area but in some building signal will switch to 3g . where I live I have a good 4g connection
I also thing think that winmax 4g sprint is fast ..I also used it on wifi it works great ..I use pandora alot ..One thing I love is the calender alert is on screen ...and speed on the phone is fast ..netflix on wifi is great .
using data can be choppy . overall the price went down so its worth it..
also you can buy a 32gb micro sd chip and add all your suff .
One thing is that I had the Motorola Triumph but when I got this phone
my signal went to 5 bars with the Motorola Triumph was only 2 bars
this I don't know why..

It is a nicely built phone. I use this for my business and the internet is decent some places I have trouble loading things but overall am very satisfy I was kinda surprise with the service it has good coverage. I've had it for 3 months and never have had a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this phone for myself around Christmas time and have had no problems with mine. Bought one for my husband a couple months later and he has had nothing BUT trouble with his. It started with one day it died and then would never cut back on. Battery was fine (i took it out of his phone and put it in mine to test it.) but the phone just would not work. Sent an email to VM and they had a new phone to us in less than 5 days (was very impressed by that). Now his replacement phone is having the issues I've seen a lot of other people talk about here and in other places; it will randomly shut down and reboot itself. We tried removing the case, thinking it was overheated but that did nothing. Factory reset it twice and still does it and now this phone is locking up on him so he has to take the battery out and manually reset it. And now we have to get ANOTHER phone from VM......
It seems like in general if you get lucky its a pretty good phone. Battery life isnt all that great but majority of smartphones are that way. but if you get a bad one you're in for trouble!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this about 3 months now and just love it. I had the Optimus V before and I iked that as well. I'm just surprised how much faster this phone is and the available storage.
Only negatives that I can think of is the preloaded apps on the phone that I will never use and can't uninstall. Even with that it was definitely worth the upgrade for me.

Over all good phone. Good speed and graphics. Android's are finnickiy about the types of video files they will play. iphones are way better playing mp4, avi, mov., etc. This is bothersome to me. The battery life doesn't bother me i just keep charger cords in my cars and around the house. Lets keep in mind what these smart phones are capable of. They're gonna consume power. Anyway I love Virgin Mobile and this phone. Their no nonsense replacement warranty is awesome. I have received replacement phones in 24 hours.... i don't know how they do it.

Dislike when it decides to shut off whenever it wants too. The battery life is horrible; hate that I've got to have a charger handy and I will not spend more money on this phone to buy a back battery. If I knew what I know now; I would not have spend the money on this phone.

Not impressed with this phone. Was so excited to get an HTC. The biggest problem is that I constantly have to turn the phone around to find a place on the touchscreen that works. The places that don't work, never worked. It's not like I wore out that part. The phone also freezes or starts going crazy and into apps I didn't touch. Very frustrating! Sometimes the touchscreen won't work at all and have lost calls due to someone calling me and not being about to answer because the screen is frozen. Would give the features a higher score, but they don't work most of the time. I used to have an Optimus V that I could as a hotspot. With this phone, you have to pay an extra $15 a month to make it a hotspot. Ridiculous!

I've really enjoyed using this phone for the past 3-4 months that I've had it for. It works great, it responds quickly and the 4G makes a difference. The only issue I see is the battery life- if you have it on vibrate or use too many apps, it will drain quickly. Other than that, everything else is Great!

I just want to say that this is an amazing phone. and for the cheap plan of $35 a month is even better. the only thing i wish is that they would make more cases for this phone. Its AMAZING and I Love it :)

I have had great success on ebay for finding sweet covers for this phone and they range in price so it can be fairly cheap or really expensive but worth a look!

I've owned two HTC Evo V phones. The first phone's buttons stopped working altogether after 5 months. The second rebooted itself 20 to 30 times per day. This phone is unreliable in terms of hardware. If you happen to get one that does work, it's pretty much just an average smartphone.

The phone has a lot of apps. It is very useful and versitile phone. Very impressed with its feactures and capabilities. Its a little bigger than an iphone but does all teh same things and you can tether from it to other devices in order to get internet and share with someone who doe snot have interenet on their phone or device. Overall great phone,

okay, well I've had the phone for 6 months & it's already giving up on me, but, so did every other virgin mobile phone. I begged my mom for this phone, like I wouldn't leave her alone about it. but, it doesn't really come with a whole lot. besides what you download from the market which, every phone can do that. it overheats A LOT. it gets annoying, the battery will be dead within like an hour to the day, I ALWAYS have to have a charger on me. which mines always break. it's easy to understand if you understand phones. it's slow though, like when I go to take a picture it has a delay & that gets annoying. the 3d gives me a headache. the price should be a little lower if you ask me. the sound is okay on the phone I guess, It should be louder. my phone always shuts off & when it powers back on its from HTC having problems & crashing. whenever my phones dies, it takes forever to power back on. but you have to restart it almost every day. the screen freezes up A LOT you have to lock the screen & unlock it again for it to stop but sometimes you just have to take the battery out. I guess the phones okay, it could be better though.

I've had this phone replaced a few times. It falls apart and not built well. From the casing coming apart to a camera that really just doesn't cut it, you could do a whole lot better. Once you do 4G or GPS, it sucks battery life like a vampire.

I love my phone even though it has bad days I have my bad days too so it doesn't bother me to much. For a little bit about a month after I started to use my phone it started to freeze and glitch and it would restart and that happened for a few days at around the same time, but I didn't do anything and soon it started to work fine again, so it all worked out for me. One thing that kind of bothers me is the battery, like sometimes it works for quit a few hours and sometimes it drains really fast and I'm out and about so I can't do anything about it. Also I don't know how to delete the apps that come with the phone, I somehow deleted one and I really want to delete another and can't figure out how I did it in the first place. I get my text messages quickly and while talking to someone on the phone it doesn't cut me off or go staticy.

I really wanted to love this phone it sounded so great went out and bought it it's be utterly useless it dies very quickly even without apps and disabling the ones that are preset on the phone. It never receives a text in a timely manner or pictures constantly wants to force update which causes more problems. The Camera is junk can't take a clear picture it zooms in on target turns green you snap and it looks like you were running while taking a picture! Junk! Pure Junk! Can't even have a decent conversation on the phone it always cuts out so I am constantly wasting minutes calling someone back and it doesn't matter what location I am in. I would seriously consider another phone .. As I'm in the market for a new one ... what a waste of money!

When I first got it, it was working perfectly, but then I don't know why my front camera stopped working. Now when I put front camera it turn upside down. I have no idea if I could get it replaced??
