I have to charge my phone at least twice a day even when I am not using it because it dies all the time. The on top of that the messaging portion has been constantly freezing.

After taking a few pictures, the SD card failed. Second one did the same thing. My store was very patient, but I was not impressed.

dont get me wrong. it works great for calls and texts but the internal memory is low and fills up qickly. i've had my venture for almost a year now and its glitching out when i try to unlock it, sometimes i have to force close my home screen, sometimes i have to unlock and re-lock my phone just to get the screen or any of my buttons to work, and the batter only lasts a few hours if you keep the 3g on

good & fair Android. I've been having this phone for 6 months and has been a good phone so far, the only problem is the battery life, very poor! need to constantly charge it & it is not because of the apps as It has very limited space for apps but can't complain, connection and streaming is good, have not had a problem with it freezing or acting up.

poor batter life

My friends with Iphones and Samsungs get dropped calls all the time, not my Venture. It has been loyal to me for well over a year, however, the battery has not been keeping up and it is time to replace it. Since the battery costs as much as a new phone, I ordered one today. I love it. You can drop it, sit on it, etc. and it still goes, and goes. The call quality is awesome, the GPS superb. The keyboard is good, but a bit confusing. The battery is probably the only bad thing about this phone...average talk time, maybe an hour....if you want to save battery life you need to dim the screen...that is it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone is pretty good for the price. You get what you pay for. The battery life doesn't last long. The phone always runs out of space even with a sd card so you cant have that many apps. there is apps it wont download because it is old.

I usually have quite a bit of trouble with cell phones. I have had this phone for a few months and absolutely LOVE it! It's just what I like, a touch screen phone with a physical keyboard! The battery life is good [more than met expectations seeing that it is a smartphone], phone calls are clear and service is good, what else could you ask for?!
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is a cool phone solely because it's cheap and basic. it's easy to use and makes phone calls and receives texts pretty well. the battery is junk, if you have the 3g network on mine now dies within maybe a few hours.. it's not fast, it has really small amount of memory. for the price, it does its job, not a bad phone and you wont feel guilty if you lose or break it!

This is my first high speed (Smart) phone. I have used others, and found them all about the same. Some have bigger screens then others, and some have longer lasting batteries. This phone was, and is much more then I was looking for. And I can hear it. I just can not think of all the good things to say about this phone. In fact other then the screen size I do not see why you would wish to pay so much for the so called Better phones.

the screen could be bigger but you have a keyboar

The battery life is not all that bad, the only thing that really stuck with me as far as making me regret this phone is the keys. They are shaped funny. I think it was supposed to be ergonomic or something, but it just turns out to be troublesome. They make it hard to text. Other than that, not a bad phone for the price.

EHHH..you get what you pay for..it's inexpensive and if you're pretty vasic.then go for it, but it's not what I thought it was going to be..the battery life is low, every now and then it freezes up, it's hard to explain, but it seems like it has a mind of its own..I mean if you like to text to then ...uhh yeeeeaa NO...it can

The phone does what I need it to, calls, texts, email, web, etc.
The battery life is limited to about 3 hours on a full charge. IF THAT. I find myself having to recharge it every 3 hours which is a pain at work.

This has got to be the worst "smartphone" on the market. Text messages take forever to load, as does the internet. I rarely get email notifications on this phone until I log into my email account from my desktop computer. THEN it tells me. Some websites won't load at all, and the internet frequently freezes. The screen freezes up and often won't respond until 30 seconds later. This phone has also gone through 3 SD cards, completely, and seemingly randomly, destroying them. In addition to this, when I try to load photos from the phone onto my computer, it does not work. The photos are stuck there until I upload them to a social media website. Apps are difficult to use. Battery life also leaves much to be desired. This phone is inexpensive...and in this case, you get what you pay for.

I hated this phone it always died in 30 minutes, freeze up, turn off and stop charging! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!

I hated this phone! It doesn't work the way i need it to. The camera broke, it runs out of memory super fast, the battery is HORRIBLE. I honestly don't think that you should get it... Save your money and just, get a different phone. Honestly not worth the cash.

The phone was excellent at first... then i added facebook and it all went down from there.My battery life NEVER exceeds 2 hours. It always says im low on memory even though i have an 8gb memory card. I cannot recieve photos or videos. and last but not least it freezes and kicks me out of almost everything. please do yourself a favor and avoid this cheap phone!

I have been a Virgin Mobile customer for over 6 years and I can never complain about the phones that I have purchased. The Venture is an affordable, easy to use phone with excellent features. While nearly everyone has an iPhone, I am more than content with my Venture. Today, my Venture has finally gave out, so I set out to find another Venture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible batter, low memory, get slow when storage is low. It was a gift worked great then i downloaded 3 apps and it went downhill. Ive had 3 replacements
